RENTAL INFORMATION:

For your convenience, our West Entrance is accessible 24 hours a day, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule. To ensure a seamless experience, please be aware of the following terms and guidelines:

1. Agreement Confirmation: To facilitate future invoicing, kindly sign our agreement, including your email or mailing address. This step is essential for maintaining accurate and efficient communication.
2. Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, postdated cheques, automatic withdrawal, and monthly e-transfers. For credit card payments, please provide the necessary details as they will be securely stored on file. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be charged to the card on file.
3. Lock Responsibility: Renters are responsible for providing their own locks. However, please remember to remove them upon moving out to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Invoicing Process: Invoices will be sent either via email or traditional mail by the 1st of each month. Stay informed about your account status with our prompt and detailed invoicing system.
5. Move-Out Notification: To prevent being charged for the following month, please inform us promptly when you plan to move out or have completed the move. Your timely communication is appreciated.
