Door Panels
Our door panels are crafted with precision, meeting stringent Canadian government requirements. The 24-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel skins, separated by a wood perimeter, create an effective thermal break. The "foamed-in-place" door core ensures high insulation value and superior structural integrity.
Ektacron Frame
The heavy-gauge exterior-grade vinyl (PVC) thermally formed and bonded to a premium-grade wood core boasts a custom white, maintenance-free textured finish. With durability ideal for heavy doors, all exposed surfaces are protected by an Ektacron vinyl wrap, eliminating visible fasteners.
Brickmould
Designed to accept storm door applications, our full-sized brickmould features mitres that are bonded and permanently secured by the rigid-loc bowtie fastening system.
Ball Bearing Hinges
Experience long-lasting ease of operation with our commercial-grade ball-bearing hinges, ensuring durability and smooth performance.
Weatherstripping
Our doors feature long-reach compression weather stripping on both sides and the top. Corners are formed and fitted for superior weather-tight performance, along with an adjustable multi-fin sweep and corner dust blocks to shield against harsh elements.
Sill and Sweep
The heavy-duty aluminum-clad sill, built with a wide thermal break and solid wood core, provides strength and durability. Sill horns under the brickmould add greater stability.
High-Security Striker Plates

Foam in Place Glass

GARDEN DOORS

CENTRE-HINGED TERRACE DOOR
Our Center-Hinged Inswing Terrace Door Units feature two doors with a sliding screen. The center-hinged design allows one door to swing in, maximizing usable wall space as it rests against the fixed door. The special laminated terrace door center mullion is securely fastened to the sill and header for added support and a weather-tight seal. Engineered with a continuous jamb header and sill, Inkster Park Millwork Terrace Doors ensure ultimate strength and rigidity.
INSWING WITH SOLID FIXED CENTER MULLION
Inkster Park Millwork Double Doors are hinged on the side jambs using commercial-grade ball-bearing hinges, ensuring smooth operation. Engineered with a continuous jamb header and sill, these doors guarantee ultimate strength and rigidity. The double door configuration can be customized with one or both doors operating, providing flexibility. Additionally, an optional sliding screen is available to enhance ventilation and insect protection.
