Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Perform general maintenance duties
- Grass cutting and snow removal as needed
- Painting and staining projects
- Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
- Troubleshoot and solve minor repair and maintenance issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
