RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- Install windows and doors according to company standards
- Clean up worksites from debris and materials
- Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Handle, load, unload, and transport windows, doors, and installation materials
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Ensure installations are completed professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Assist with measuring, finishing, and final quality inspections
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in construction or window and door installation is an asset (training available for the right candidate)
- Out-of-town work and travel may be required
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Valid driver's licence is preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail
