Position Overview
The Marketing & Graphic Design Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the company’s marketing initiatives to drive sales, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on graphic design, ensuring that all visual materials reflect the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
Develop and implement annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions aligned with company goals.
Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online advertising.
Plan and execute seasonal and special event promotions (e.g., financing offers, community events, or product launches).
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors, local media, and community partners.
Graphic Design & Branding
Design marketing materials including brochures, signage, flyers, digital ads, social posts, vehicle decals and print collateral.
Ensure consistent use of branding across all platforms (print, digital, and in-store).
Work with suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
Develop creative content for campaigns, newsletters, and email marketing.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
Coordinate marketing budgets and ensure campaigns remain within approved limits.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and product visuals.
Manage photography, video, and other creative assets for marketing use.
Assist with website updates and product listings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications, or 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or graphic design (preferably in retail, home improvement, or similar industries).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Brevo, Google Ads, etc.).
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Work Environment
Office-based role with occasional off-site event or promotional support.
Collaboration with sales, administration, and installation teams.
Standard business hours, with flexibility for special projects or events.
