You'll work directly with homeowners, guiding them through the window and door buying process while building lasting relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss their window and door renovation projects
  • Prepare accurate quotes and product recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Generate new business through referrals and networking
  • Stay current on our products and industry trends
  • Coordinate projects with customers and internal departments
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final installation
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
  • Achieve monthly sales goals while providing honest, professional advice

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales or Serving experience  is preferred (home improvement experience is an asset but not required)
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Passion for helping customers find the right solutions
